When i make server and someone join, i see this report:

What is it?

And one more question.
Is it normal, when i make server on internet speed 512kb, and then only 1 person join and have ping 200~? Thinking

go on server type in console /rcon pb_sv_update (than w8 a few min)

And why all on my server have big lags, when i play with 1 ppl there are lags too? Thinking
