problem on TAG and FFA

hey guys .. maybe someone can help .. look i play FFA and work great nice ping etc .. but when i play TAG i have same ping .. but doesnt run so smoth i have lag in both 64ms .. why is this happen i think is was because of snow but no .. this is not problem .-.. ??? does anyone have same problem ?

It should be better by now.
FFA was balanced last week, TAG today.
