I download qu4zero.pack. put in the quake3/baseq3 . How should i fix my old maps?

second qustion what is a map?

do not put in baseq3/excessiveplus folder q3tourney map fix for servers cuz it is for servers not for client ;]

maybe you got old pk3 named: q3tourney.pk3, just delete that pack

since the shaders and the light grid are broken ... all becomes transparent .. and the rendered items will appear.
depending on what is his exact position on the map and how big is the map, the rooms and items will be renderd using the quake3 "VIS" detection ..

The maps that lack the VIS flag when they are complied can make possible the rendering on all the rooms and items at all times but will decrease the fps and players will get the laggy fps drops feeling.
The maps that are small can get the same "render-all" effect even with the VIS flag on.

for this map q3tourney3 which is a small map i wouldn't be surprised..
