posts getting deleted!
fa sho0o0oo0oo0o0o0o0o00o0o0 C: hi
Just to understand it right, you posted in a "team-forum", your post was deleted and you make a public drama?
teamforum --> public drama?
GG
Wanted to say "care?" But that would be wrong, you found already your company
actually this is not the drama. But syndrome and i posted too, and we got posts deleted. Actually hollowman even asked interesting things about 11th. zaks team... and he got deleted.
i imagine that just ask about the 10 other zaks teams where not a good idea to be allowed there.
there is two things i still cant understand.
knowing zak is moderator there, he still says that he cant remove posts and then say it's anothers fault.
The other thing is that zak is not at ALL enough mature to be moderator of anything, even more e+ ref or anything in this level.
I dont say it because of any personal problems with him but just because he was and is (but maybe wont be anymore) FFF and we got already (some?) quite disturbing problems with him.
One last thing. I suppose he is young, but it's not an excuse, how many players of e+ were young and responsable? Many. So if zak cant, dont let him bullshit the others players.
edit: just to say that i never post on e+, in 5years maybe 20posts. So you can consider that i'm not posting only because of some nuisance reflex i have.
I don't see a point beeing in 10/11 teams neither, but anyway he is.
1. He is not the only one who is in multiple "pointless" teams
2. it doesn't have to interest anyone
3. Deleting posts in teamforum --> Public drama
That he doesn't have an easy character doesn't have to interested anyone also, except the persons who have problems with him, as long it doesn't cross the lines with his "so called" offcial job as referee.
If he is a bad referee, make a thread about it, or speak with about it with asphyx or AlienM. If smo feels disturbed of smo is in multiple teams, make a thread about it and don't fix it on a single person. Just click through clandatabase, you see a lot of people beeing in 5 teams and more.
Hollowman is simply pissed off because his posts were deleted (in an unimportant, not official forum). The world is going down now and all need to know it. It wasn't even a official mod which could be worth the effort, since they have basically nothing to do in team-forums.
Furthermore, he doesn't have to justify hisself what he allows and what he deletes, as long he stick to the basic forum rules about illegal stuff.
All other things you can put under the category "personal things".
actually, all you are trying to do is cover him? i dont care of his 10clans, i just wanted to expose my experience of the guy, and his way of doing with other players. Is this correct? and is this acceptable for a ref and "moderator"? i dont think so.
it's not a problem of character. this guy is just unbalanced. And for me not able (maybe later) to have this kind of responsabilities.
Well, i don't think my post is written in a biased way. I also wrote down what you could do if you think he is not a good ref.
I am not here to cover him, i don't even know him, he was recruited while i was totally "inactiv". Yet, he did not make any problems in F2B.
Don't you think behaving like that speaks volumes about him? Whether or not he should be granted the privilege of having a team subforum from which to randomly delete posts in the first place? Or if he should be able to do that at all?
wasnt me..........
Mad, you speak as you (also me) would stick to rules always.
If smo has problems with him in official functions (ref+ member is the only official function as far as i know), than this smo should go the official way. The rest in this thread happened in a team forum or are "personal" expriences.
Well, nvm, i actually don't care much about it, but one thing should be said, just to clear the RANGE of this thread, by all the actions and words from "AlienM" in past, is she the right person to be ref+ leader? Should we really "rejudge" all persons in all official positions based on all personal experiences of all players in E+?
There is a reason why i stepped back from my official functions a couple of times, because i am an emotional person, emotional about things happening in E+. Because of this I was often overreacting, also in the way i was posting and also how i have treaten people. I wasn't able to judge situation without my personal oppinion.
I stepped back by myself. But I think, if smo is not satisfied with someone in a official function, he should go a sober way, and not cry arround like in this thread.
its not about crying and not about alienM actually...
just about how zak moderates a topic. and his rights as topic moderator. delete posts just because you "dont like" them is not part of a moderator functions. Of course he can do it, maybe even without any explanation. But what if everybody does what he wants just because "he can"...
if the one who have a bit of "power" are not responsable and overuse it, they are kind of dictators. and nobody wants this.
