Don't ban him, I like reading his posts. It's funny to read such a unusual threads. I always come to this site and see wierd topic and hope its Jiva's. The guy is great and he should stay, atleast something intertesting and funny is happening here

Some people find him interesting and amusing, some find him awful in more than one way. Personally, I couldn't care less about his mental condition, nor I am about to judge anyone.
The case here is defining if his actions are breaking any of the forum rules. If so, take a proper action.
Rules are there to be obeyed, being a tool for order maintenance.
Bad language is punishable with warnings and eventually with a ban, if I'm not mistaken. I haven't run into a rule about restriction of the number of threads an individual can create.
So it's as simple as that, at least from my point of view.

needless to say this poll should have no weight at all because of its absolute failure of being neutral.
ofc its a little 'off' to have someone spam a forum like jiva does but till now i thought it was really humanistic to let everyone post what they want to post as long as it doesnt hurt anybody and really, who is hurt by jivas posts?
i personally am really glad of how things are handled till now, although i chose not to read those topics at all.
jiva, i think if you could just keep posting in a few topics instead of creating lots of new topics it would be a great help to reduce the spam

First of all case has been solved long time ago and looks like he is clear. Even if he would get ban for hack it's ranking or server ban not forum ban, here we have different rules.
