Hello, please yellow card for me. I've been waiting all year here is described in my case:

Sloane/Freddy.Li/Prorok

Status: Banned.

Reason: Game Hook. link / Multiplie accounts to avoid rank ban - link

Duration: 1 year without appeal opion ( starts 11 september 2012)


Today is 14/09/2013, and I would look for the a team / clan.

Sure, why not. This guy has served his sentence well and as I talk to him sometimes he understand his mistake and deserves the next chance. No need to keep him officialy as "banned" anylonger. Besides, this mod is dead like my dog, anyone is needed here to bring some action Thumbs up

There is no ban to unban. He got an Yellow 1 year go now it expired. So just go play find a clan etc Tongue

Epsi, hold on now. Does that mean for all that time he wasn't even banned but just had yellow card? In that time he could play in any clan he wanted? I thought Prorok had a ban but if that's just yellow card then the whole case is just hilarious Big grin

@Khaz no, He got a warning/ban that expired. What i'm trying to say is: when the ban expires there is no unban, it stays on the warnings/bans list but its just expired.

After rechecking the situation is as follows:
the ban in the jeff's message was before when he had an appeal option.
- caught on 8 June 2012
- can appeal after 6 months: starting 12.2012
- if no appeal the ban expires in 1 year. Ban till 8 june 2013
after being caught the second time the duration was changed and the appeal option removed. (the version we see now in warnings/bans)

- can't appeal anymore.
- the ban expires in 1 year. Ban till 11 September 2013
(today is 15 september 2013)

So in theory the ban is expired.
Maybe a rank mod should review the situation.
