ping Beer freeze

Hi everybody.
I have trouble with ping on Beer freeze, since yesterday I have over 140ping. I dont know why. I would be very grateful if u tell me what its.
PS: I have internet at Netia.

Click start -> run-> cmd
this opens dos console.
type tracert 193.200.57.36
Click C:\ -> edit -> select all
Copy and post here.

i had that problem few months ago)))) hopefully after reading your message here...he problem is not back to my home 
))...didnt tested yet beer server...since few days.
