Well he have 3 railonly clans atm and mb 13th and P4L dont play cup but all wars gonna be ranked in e+ ranking 
and for example he playing league now with Infected and random CW's with 13th 
Where the hell are rank mods xd? Oh we dont have any 
Anyway it's something new because Milena didn't check that ?

@edit:
all shady clans will go -> team after events as it is said with [13].
EST is not an active National "clan".
.fi is a finish rail only team made for diablo's cup wich has been canceled.
baltic is just a random team i guess.
EU is an inactive national clan, however we will join a railonly national cup when it starts.
