Its not "cup server" its a server where you COULD play your game

also i think your ref explanation should be made more simple...

/ref osrc4 on ( with CW settings, PB enabled )
/ref osrc4 off ( with FW settings, PB disabled )

some people might not understand what you mean with "exec osrc" and "exec osrcoff"

One more qestion -this event is organised like a :
one edition = once a year , next edition = next year ?? ( simply asking - When will be next edition ?? )

Probably after OSRC IV, will start new cup, but if it will be again OSRC - we don't know yet. but be sure about that will be again something after this one.

I think it was like 4 cups in 2 years? Pretty good sustain in my opinion .
