Just an educated guess, but those clans won't sign up due to either inactivity (nqe+mi3), lack of interest/focus on railonly (dunno), or stupidity.

Inactivity is pretty self-explanatory.
Lack of focus for dunno = I asked connie if they signed up and she was like "we're thinking about it" so I guess they want to focus on the Mr stuff (I think same with 3m wanting to do EXTREME stuff)

TwT, sneaky and RSQT don't want to sign up because they're fairly acquainted with being seen as "good" and their leaders are too afraid of a challenge from outsider clans I guess. Either that or they don't want to sign up to an actual railonly config, as they need bfg and multijumps and nades in order to compete.

Even if those 7 clans signed up, it wouldn't change the outcome of top 3 anyway :ASDF (although 3m, dunno and sneaky have versatile enough squads to challenge just outside the top3 and could cause upsets though).

Clans that wouldn't want to sign up wouldn't make for a great challenge anyway, if their heart is not in the right place, and i'm here to plap some iFT (god damn it, more iFT tournaments are needed c: )

Yes, as always you guessed right. We are deeply afraid to play vs those pro ql and ng clans! But what can we do, we are scared pussycats who played O.S.R.C. 2 and won 3rd place (we were the ONLY one who got map from 13th, not even 2nd placed clan in cup did that). I think we were fair enough. I though maybe with our sign up in ex ql cup we will show some good hints to those ql and ng clans and that they will give same chance to fast configs. BUt, guess what - THEY DIDN'T! They don't want to hear about it, so why we should put our noses in their field? I am sure that here we would have at lest 2/3 wins (what is of course good), but is not all in wins. Many of my clan mates don't like this config, there are few of them who don't care about config, but they also don't care if we are in or out. One more (last) thing here: you again provoked with that "bfg and grenades". I invite every from this clans who signed in to accept our challenge in r4e09f or rr configs. No matter TDM or FTAG, cmon people, show how open minded you are. And from now, I would ask nicely one more time, that on this topic nobody mention our clan anymore!
