Ive just heard the news on tv and they say lip readers studied the phootage and they have 2 versions:

1. He called Zidane a son of a terorist whore [btw his mother died when he was 14-15]

2. He called his sister a prostitute

The mroe likely version is no.1,and materazzi replied in a really lame way:
"I dont know what is terrorism" (???)
