NXS Freeze have been updated :
- first thing: q3hockey has been removed from the rotation.
- 2nd, is the new conf PlusNR whether public or private.
the difference is that R is round-based, it means that every round all players respawns
- 3rd, the teamed spawns is now available (thanks to the updated e+ in beta test). This allows players to respawn being grouped in the same room and choose strategies groups at the outset
