Hello !!

I joined today this forum. Hope to get useful stuff here.

Some info about me:

Started playing quake about 2 months ago. Used to play Q2 long time ago, but never got serious.

I'm male (if you didn't get it from my name), 28yo, gemini, born and raised in Argentina (South America), currently living in the US, Indiana. Lived also in Virginia and Michigan. Moving soon to Kentucky.

I belong to a clan, it is called "Marriage" and has some strict rules about playing too much quake (generally bad rules) but luckily the head of the clan (aka wife) does not complain much about this.

So far I've been improving a bit. Lots of good advice from everybody. Dex has been my master and still learn a few things from him. Others that helped me were HKs (Spider, Karb, Oldvamp, Roll) and others that I forgot to mention too.

My goal in quake is to become as good as possible and still be able to enjoy a good game (and have some time left to pay the bills). After all the crap that I have to go through at work, it is always a pleasure to release all energy fragging ppl.

Favorite weapon: rail. Elegant, no mess, one shot one death.
Other weapons: BFG and shotgun for clusters of people. Gauntlet always handy.

Fav. map: the first one (DM1?) and 17.

Strengths: rail, horizontal aiming. Fast reflexes (not as fast as dex)

Weaknesses: my aiming changes often, anxiety to frag, stress, ping, etc. My vertical aiming is not good. I also suck at fast weapon changes and jumping with BFG or rockets. And the list goes on....
