i usuall use
/rcon status
to get a list of clients, then
/rcon clientkick 5
to kick client number 5

it says to put password in console so how do i type it?
/rcon load conf/excessive3
password goes where?

in the server cfg (the one in the e+ ffolder not the one in conf)....put a password in there....

set rconpassword "nexus" (for example)

then when u are in the game... drop the console and put

/set rconpassword nexus

and to kick u can now just use k
eg: /rcon k 5

(after u get the player/client number as Bo explained)

I can't send a heart beat to master server, earlier it worked fine, but before I got everything straight, someone fiddled with it and now I can't send heart to master server.
