Actually, we have a sort of hierarchy here. Well, while i really hesitate to call it that, no other word depicts the situation in which the original members of the team allow admission of new people, so they can wait for the right moment to jump them, tie them down, lock in a damp basement, and start hatching fly larvae in their lungs.

Fly larvae is gooooooood.
