my demos lag

hey, i noticed that i lag on every demo, even the ones recorder offline. Offline I feel smooth but when I watch my demos it is like 20fps :E Any idea why this is happening ?

sv_fps 125/250/500 when g_sync if off to have smooth demos

When you're playing offline and recording yourself, you should switch off or switch on g_synchronousclients. all u need. maybe you use cl_timenudge ? xD
