yeah at the moment i have too much time 
But i didn't manually take out all those addresses. I modified a perl script i found somewere...i have attached it. So it only took the time that it took for modifying the script wich wasn't that hard

@Weebl .. export ur current msn list to a file then open that and C&P all the <contacts>blabla@blabla<\contacts> from the first list i posted, and import.
also there might be a limit on the msn contact list size so u might not get all of the addresses imported.
but i dont recommend it
