as I see it is hard to organise this for 14 :

You can set a date if more than half agree then it's confirmed
You can split in 2 sub-groups as group1 did (but only 1st to 4th pass for each sub-group) group4A & group4B

Wanna avoid seeying mow, skull & co

no, ali. splitting is not an option, imo. it means other conditions, cuz this is ffa - the less players, the less opportunities to frag more ppl

all groups had issues getting 14 ppl same date.

Example : group2 had game tonight but from 14 who should come 5 came

mega event will have a brake to be reorganised
