I am trying to find out how to put my URL (and/orther info) for map downloads on the map startup screen as well as a screen that appears if a map fails to load. I have seen this on other servers, and want this in order for others to find the maps that I use.

I have checked the documentation and searched the forums, but either I am looking in the wrong place or ............... I have found everything else, just missing this one piece.
