xp_delagweapons only is visual effect, whoever belives it fixes mouse problems should hang himself.
in_mouse is a different story, it actually changes the mouse input and -1/1 could really do the trick, depending on how you do.
Anyways, the true solution is to get a faster PC, these shooting lags only appear when you have unstable fps. However getting a new Mouse is cheaper then the PC.
Because in fact, googling "roccat pyra 500hz" doesn't bring any hit, everyone suggests to try hidusbf for tweaking, which might be possible.
Also there might be a big difference in the wireless version and the wired version (why didn't you say which ver you have?)
Next thing is, please use a proper topic name, noone hits a topic if it is about "my mouse bla bla blah", for people searching "lowering polling rate on roccat pyra?" would be a good name.

Like I said, before my shout got deleted, it's 99% sure that it comes from polling rate, had the same issue with my DeathAdder (and went back to logitech mx100 since it died 
), fixed it by putting it to 500
Sorry that's the only help I can bring.

i don't think that my pc is slow i have an AMD FX(tm) 4100 Quad core Processore 3,6 ghz Ram 4 gb.
the strangest thing is for months it has gone without problems, just now is going crazy.
With my luck i have Win 7, so i'll try the second one, thank you Apollo
