And even here are alot of facebook-haters arround

I know there are a lot of people absolutely careless about their privacy. If they don't care about their privacy and enjoy giving their private data (interests, likes/dislikes etc.) to an American company, well, they are free to do that but I never will. This has nothing to do with living in the stone-age but being aware that the aim of such platforms is to make profit by analysing you and your interests and selling these data to companies. Facebook is like a continuous monitoring device and I am avoiding it as much as I can.

I'm F1 for this, just like zack said, it reduces spam like like gg for example.

That's not spam. I favour someone is writing "gg" and a comment before simply click a stupid button. It's the same as for other pages like YouTube or Amazon where a comment often has more value than a simple click counter.

I think Zack is pretty right. You have to jump from page to the page all the time becouse of too many "spams"<- as spam I mean a comment that isn't that importnat, exactly like "GG". I see 2 pages of "GG" and then ppl talking about important things about cw like problems during the game. I think we should give it a try. Happy F1

imo the only difficult thing of this, its to make the website developer work on it and make it work :]

Doesn't have to be a 'like button', as ultra said it could be a karma system or anything similar.
Its just an idea so far an I appreciate the feedback. That being said nothing will probably happen anyway.

Re: Like Button?

I would like to see this feature implemented in forum. And like Ultra said it don't need to be strictly THE LIKE BUTTON. But something to say that you agree with the specific post. It can be +1 like google+ or DIGG IT, whatever. Nice idea Zack, i am surprised that this forum is lacking that option in first place.

i think that is a giood idea, F1, bcoz u can click that like button if u like the comments, but u can also write your post! so i dont understand why this f2.. maybe bcoz they do not have an interest to grow and improve the community, and I think that is also why this site is dying year after year...
