Hello,
LG on plus servers ist normal , on e5/r servers have blinded explosion( aim ist not comfortable ).
Why must it be so?

its a config setting man. if im correct it's the lightning gun style 1 or 2 that removes or keeps the effects. personally i prefer without effects. more accuracy

no. because it is part of the game. lg can be used to confuse as well as kill. explosions are there for a reason 
it is my favourite killing weapon...
