League Rules Problems
I find problems with 22. and 23. rules. I did not notice that before problem with CW in league #1 run TC vs NTG. Everything which can inpact rank rules have to pass at least public discussion. Rules maked as 22. and 23. maked without public disscusion and consultation with rank leader. I read whole league tread about rules and dont find any discussion about that 22. and 23. rule :!:
Disscusion about 24. and 25. rules was disscused and we find proper soulution to obligate clans to play league and not abandon it. After that I post HERE propousal which is accepted publicaly and organizers of league. After that I wrote changes in RANK RULES. Also with disscusion with Extreme he gave to me permission to edit his own post with rules and I add by myself rules 24. and 25.
So, in point of Ranking league rules 22. and 23. are against RANKING RULES and will not be used. If you read rules 24. and 25. you will see that nonshowing clan on CW will be punished -1 point in rank system. Also clan which abandon league by OWN WILL (means declaring: "We are out of league."), for example KTM in FSC will be punished -5 points or 1/4 of all points which is higher.
BTW Rule 22. is same as 24. and I dond see any reason for its existing.

err rena what do u mean ur proposal was accepted publicly? i saw the discussion about sanctions but i didnt see anyone saying lets vote on it..u just said ud talked to organizers and they agreed..u do realize that this is not something that only organizers should have a say on???...and if the proposals WERE in fact agreed upon by all then whats the difference between the proposals and the rules in the league? the only difference i see is that theyve decided that after 3 WOs ur kicked out of the league and its gonna be treated as ur leaving the league...if u accept the other proposal then rule 23 is a logical extension...
ps: i dont agree with sanctions period..if ur gonna hold a league its ur responsibility to make sure the clans stay...theres 0 justification for ranking penalties as sanctions...totally lame if u ask me..but thats just me

k rena...first off as i said if u accept the proposals the organizers of this tournament have only added one addition..and that is that if u give 3 WOs in a row thats equivalent to leaving the league with the corresponding penalties...
second off...u say there wasnt significant opposition to the idea...so i suppose my opposition isnt significant enough..o well...neways as i said there this is really really lame..u guys are confusing the issues here..to fuck with the ranking system just cos a clan dropped out of the league is stupid...i proposed a perfectly good alternative..that if a clan drops out of the league (or for that matter does anything shitty/lame) the other clans have the option of not playing cws with that clan...cos the way u guys have it...i mite feel this clan mite be better than us and are only below us in ranking because of the sanctions...i wouldnt like that..dont know about u guys..
neways i guess ill shut up now considering im not even involved in the league..

Thats the point 
But expressing own oppinion is still allowed here! 
Anyway, every clan has agreed the rules with joining the league (Or they just didnt read the rules and just dont care them). Very simple. No need for writing big books because of it.

Other League rules can declare WO in League CW which are actualy played. That is not at all nonshowing on CW :!: Last case TC vs NTG for Clan Rank is clear, by Clan Rank rules. But is not clear by TDM League rules. So, League declare that match as WO by TDM League rule. On that way with League rules 22 and 23 NTG in clan rank should recieve penalty -1 POINT. That is against Clan Rank rules.
So, this tread is all about erasing League rules 22 and 23 :!: Why

dinit we talk about it? why do u see only one side of it, reread what im worten about it in past meybe u will get it, u still mising whole point of it
the clan who abandon league may doing it for purpose, and to do that they also may just dont show up to games, lague is long run event
im dont have a clue why ppl witch havent eny experience trying to teach these experienced ppl

sometimes, people with no experience are not blocked by any kind of logic, which could make their input reasonable to listen to.
you should not imply that less experienced players can not post their feelings
In this case, however, Hq is right.
Also Mow/Rena are right IMO...as soon as you agree to join the league, you agree to the rules.

dint write that, but its hapening frequently that newcomers have some ideas that was alredy discused here (not talking about league case atm) and in most times they trying to force thier idea withnout trying to do understand oposite

Previous cups and leagues suffer because clans behave iresponsable and no serious... Commonn thinking and talking was making some penalties in Clan Rank to prevent nonshowing or abandoning league. Point is that was necesery to make penalty in Clann Rank to prevent such behaviour and keep real numbers in Clan Rank - means played, won, draw, lost, map win, map lost, kill, death etc... My job is to keep Clan Rank as mirror of real strenght of clans, aka numbers in ladders. In global discusion which I have with clan leaders via MSN I make propousal which represent common stand about that and keep Clan Rank numbers as real, then I post it in dimensioned tread. There was public discusion about propousal - means everybody can tell waht think about it. No significant objections posted. Also oposition which is possible against that can ask for voting. But that not hapends.... Organizers accept that propousal. And that it is.
Probelm which I post here as head post in this tread is that organizers make two rules and obligate on that way Clan Ranking for MORE penaltyes against clans without posting as propousal, public discussion, receiving agreement from clan rank leader etc.... Because of that I make this tread to inform comunity about that. Nothing more, nothing less.
