@ Lag whiners

i need to go offtopic about it but i usualy go to spec when im about to loose. sometimes i just play relaxed and i dont want to see the screenshot pop up on forum.
once i lost to a fakenicker and at scoreboard he changed to his real nick, took a screenshot, said some bad words and he left server.
this happened alot, without the bad words offcourse. that was once.
dont know if people notice but i rarely see good players from good clans in servers. scared away by such freaks?

Im here for a long time and I know to say "lol" and "wtf" sometimes but not to laugh and point at someone and degrade his skill... my lol's and wtf's are usually directed to myself...I either laugh at myself for missing the simplest shots or the weird situations caused by my shitty hardware/connection,but its different from constant lol-ing and trolling in a pissed way which can be easily detected.There should deffinetly be some kind of communication on server,in 1.02b times there was always nice and friendly communication on mullders servers,but ppl knew each other and noone interpreted it in a wrong way...

What I wanna say is I rather see any kind of communication then total silence on servers.Its xactly those reactions that someone calls whining that gives me a sense that Im playing with HUMANS.Im used to it,I dont care,I laugh it off and move on.If I dont wanna see any communication I can always start my own local server and play with bots.

Yeah, if I say lol or something else it's directed to myself.
And the "What the hell was that?!" which Mad posted, is my that sucks-bind.
If I use it, it's either directed to myself or it comes by a mistake when I'm going to type "gg". - (Sometimes I lag right after the game is finished when I'm on my way to write gg. The say-button doesn't respond and my that sucks-bind is binded on g)

Don't misunderstand me, i was not referring to people who say "wtf" or "lol" from time to time, it's perfectly normal to express yourself in that way. In my post, i meant people who do that ALL the time, like, every other frag.

I'm not a pussy to get annoyed when i make a really weird/lucky/technically very hard shot and someone will go "wtf was that lol", nah. The people i'm talking about go "wtf was that lol" even after they get a rail straight in their face from the distance of 1 meter.

And yes, i know that some of them are more angry about their own performance then about what the guy who fragged them, but, i don't have to make a judgement call about whichever is the case, like Orpheus implied i'd have to, when i see someone goes "this was fucking lame" when i hit him with a rocket, and half a minute later is "i don't fucking believe it..." when i rail him from around the corner.

Whine about whiners, np, but in the end just ignore them and play your game. This whole discussion here has no end point imo, so feel happy you could let it out of your chests but cman, move on.

hmm,I remember how much I used to whine about punkbuster...I really hated it cause it was kicking me for no cheating reasons and even I tried almost everything (format,new modem,new router,open ports,play under linux,re install quake,make brand new config,update ofc pb ,open ticket on evenbalance...and the list goes on) I fixed it by buying a new PC (for other reasons I bought it ofc).
Can any of you imagine how frustrating is not to be able to play on a FW/CW because of pb being on? Not being able to play on good servers with pb on?If you do not experience what I did you may never realise my hatred against pb...
