Dude you definitely have something wrong with the mod’s network part
When you start the server its ping is so high people are complain about lag. I know that lag is not passable with my connect I have going out. Mr. Pant’s mod work’s grate low ping and no lag but has rockets like mad so I think that the excessive plus need looking at the network part of the mod. Note. I did try and disable the unlaged thing but it still is the same high ping and lag I get a server ping of 52 with pant’s mod and 246 with plus mod

The same problem over here and I have a 2,8ghz amd 1024mb ddr 400mhz so that is not the problem, please fix the network code.

What version do you use? If it is 1.32 we can continue that conversation.
Take a look at some running servers filled up with 20-30 ping players.

Can you host a server and give me a date/time when it's up so I can take
a closer look at the problem? (with our debug client)

i can remember me that you download the pak0 from there easy i am on that server in the time that you connect and you con see excessiveplus are in the wrong directory thats what you say too me after downloading
i conect whith a ping 140 from holland thats really good not all players can connect whit ping zero most of the time mij ping are over 200 on us servers meaby i am not sore there are the problem i hope i have help an litle whit that and try 1.32 me server run fine on that

Cannot give you a clear date and time because I only host on lan-party's or for friends, contact me on my msn, and ill run it.

I have seen your server today but have no 3D graphic card here.
The people that were playing there had just normal pings about 70-90 ms.
