You have to disconnect from server, then set some random name like /name gsdgs and then connect again. works for me. Or that, or quake restart.

It's something about pure or Punkbuster. So as mentioned above you need to change your nickname before connecting to the server. You can do it like

\map q3dm1
\name blablablab
\connect 192.168.2.1
\exec realtag

Smug I know and \name itself doesnt work all the time, sometimes have to change \xp_name aswell... This is not fixing problem in general, I want some command to put on server or in mod to have this issue completely gone. If someone is not familliar with this \name solution, then he will have no idea what to do.

This problem is related with having e+ coded name into your default config ( baseq3 ) I believe. Just change the name there and problem should be solved.
