Yes, it needs normal phone internet (3g/h/e/h+) or Wi-Fi.

Strange, but in Russia there are tarifs with unlimited internet on every mobile operator and they are not so expensive. I have it for 8,4$ per month.
I have a limitation of speed if i download a 2 GB via mobile per month (it takes around 25 days, almost a full month i have a normal speed), but it's works good with a low speed either.

@mzi if you would buy play mobile pre-paid, and top up it for 30 pln, then turn on Internet plan you will get 1GB, which is more than enough just for this game ;]

It's bad, and you should feel bad Dinzor . Back to main topic, I have been using Cyanogen Mod on my android device for quite a while now and even though I had minor stability issues I can say it's quite cool and I'd give it a try if It wasn't the case yet
