Why dont u play ur next FW on a new map?-
Then u would have the chance to TEST the new map
AND u would already have downloaded it!

that's not that simple kid.

I made a server having only one custom map in rotation and they can't download it.

Ppl on e+ are so lazy. Love struck

I am sure those lazy guys will not even read this. It's like kinda pm to you.

And this kind of "ignore acting" is demotivating ppl like us.

it is good to make new maps, but it aint good to make them unplayable, considering gametype and physics.
for example, im already angry about stairs since people have instand climbup on them, also u slip on them, wouldnt happen on slopes.

each map is different and each player is different ...

we havent even tested this map 1time!!!-
at least i! dont know what changes would be the best.

but maybe its not the map, that has issues ...
maybe u just need the right conf (the right idea behind it)!

Thats what "Igno-rama" is about!

Edit: take the old plus.conf (everyone loved it),
remove BFG and MG and experiment with the physics ...
and then maps like this one will bring smth new:
new ideas for players, configuers, mappers and for the game!

u can use ALL weapons to move,
but why does the player spawn with all?-
why are all of them available?-
why is there no conf, where u cant use weapons for jumps?
or where u can use only 1 certain weapon (not bfg) for jumps?-
why is there no conf with 10 multiJumps?-
or why are there no weapon-specific conf,
where u got only 1 weapon at all?-
why is there no conf where u have to use GrapplinHook,
instead of BFG/nades/multiJumps?

The previous plus-version would be the right base
to make configs like this.-

Downloaded 2 Times? One time is mine.
Teleporters around flags can make players mad, because initially they (players) do not understand the logic and just get angry of the thing which hinder them to take the flag. Also it allow 'fast capture' when grappling hook is enabled, since you can land right onto the flag and have teleported right away to your own base and capture in a second. I would remove that teleporters at all.

Also the size does matter. I mean the size of pk3. When players have to download a map from gameserver, the patience of most is sufficient for something below a megabyte, rather substantially less than a megabyte.

yes, ur right.-
but i cant control the tele in CTF.-
the tele is for DTB:
when u hit the scorePoint,
ur teleported back to ur base (to avoid spam)!
i guess, i will remove CTF;
this was just an appetizer.-

about the pk3-size:
im gonna see, if i can reduce it.-
but i think, for a map, that doesnt use original textures,
the size is ok ...also because it includes music!
