the name unnamedplayer is banned and when ppl connect without loading the e+ mod first they mostly have the name unnamedplayer in the baseq3 directory, so they cant join. Fix that in bans.txt

Man u must load e+ before connect to e+ server!! Download this files and unpack in ur quake 3 folder. Now when u clik to it u have quake3 with e+. U can edit it and add exce ur cfg.
