Digit was a mexican Actor and singer... i saw a tv show this past weekend on my vacations ...

IMO...I think Digit looks like Seth Rogen...

Phil looks pretty much NOTHING LIKE seth rogen and only similarities are facial hair. (different variations of growth too )That like saying freddy mercury and the dude from my name is earl look the same cos they have a moustache. 
(But spider's pictures are accurate. On the first pic he says ":@" and on the second either "OLOLOLOLO" or "take magazine, shove up ass" depending on context cos out of almost every conversation or mass conversation Digit ends up saying one of those 3 .
