My point is simple, you don't have to shoot to create action. Take this for example:

dm14, 5vs5 and you are the last one left in quad (freeze gametype). You rail someone coming from the windows. You move on to shotgun room strafing and crouching in the corner. You mg the door and see someone in the distance and before the door closes you see two others coming. You are dead basicly. You jump in the upper corner in the room and bfgslide to the other side of rocket launcher room. You crouch there and quickly rail one of the three. Then rush over to upper hallway 2 and lightning gun room where you thaw your team mates. That's some stylish action

btw, my favourite parts in the movie where the ones in freeze and dragon's 1vs1 cause both gave me the sense of tactics and importance in every move. tdm and ffa don't offer that, at least to me.

i know what you mean and i would love to see scences like that (<3 freeze )
but e+ is such a fast game that it is hard to use tactics, in freeze you can try to use them, but it is hard, too
and it is hard to collect so good scenes like you described
i wish more clans would play freeze and maybe we can start a 2nd season of the freeze league? i hope so

err you know those great movies werent made in a week ...or a month....takes a collection of a huge number of demos and someone willing to spend lots of time sifting through the demos to get to the actual good stuff...and im pretty sure that if we went through the demos for all the good cws thatve been played till now we could easily come up with enough material for some good movies....

as for an official e+ movie..err i dont know...as far as i know mods dont normally have official movies....but nothing wrong with the idea tho..id be glad to be part of the team...

Maybe make a thread where members can submit demos. Then whoever has the will and knowledge can make a movie to represent e+. But a rule should be applied to keep things in order. Something like 1-5 demos each player (exceptions in awesome scenes i say). Sounds fair to me. I'd suggest that the creator( upload a draft version to take suggestions by members or something.

Of course, when someone uploads a demo he describes the exact part he feels it's good. eg "Score is 12 - 8 and i am near the red armor"

If this happens, and a rule like the one i suggest is applied think hard before you submit a demo

tar....there are several issues associated with an official e+ movie that make it a pretty difficult task...id say that the community has to decide on who the team is going to be..what their powers are when it comes to choosing whats going to be included and whats not and other such things...this cant be done overnight..and as of now i dont see any active discussion on this issue..

personally i dont think we're ready to make one right the hell now..perhaps we need to start thinking about it..perhaps it mite be a good idea for some of us to try and make a couple of good movies before we attempt to make an official mod one....if at all we do decide to do that....
