hello ,, I have everyday the same problem ,, I change in CFG com_hunkMegs to 112 - 240 - 560 ,, nothing works ,, I write com_hunkMegs to console in q3a nothing happens.. ,, Does anyone know what should I do??

u prolly got some other cfgs or autoexec.cfg somewhere that is being used instead of q3config, try removing EVERY cfg from e+ folder and baseq3 leaving there only q3config, check again both cfgs making sure its set on values like 128-256-512 (check also typos) and try again. also how much ram u got? u cant put 512 in cfg and u got 128 mb for example.

ah i just readed better what u wrote, i dunno why u selected those strange values in the command, 112, 240, 560..wtf? never saw such values being used, i think the problem comes from that most prolly, try using values like 128-256-512-1024 and see if it works.

ok ,, now I set com_hunkMegs 1024 I have 16GB ram and I delete all other CFGs only q3config no ,, and i'll try it..
