How to SOD MOD CTF

I got the files from the other threadWhen I extract the I am left with 2 files a Folder marked "vm" and a"description.pk3"where do I insert these files and are there any commands I must know to access the SOD MOD CTF Also do you have any Server configs as I will run it behind a router

What kind of files? And what version of E +? Court modes in general that is built into the E +. We need only configuration. I have a server with Sod mod. But they almost nobody comes.

p.s. description.pk3 - is a file from the excessive 003 mod as far as I can remember. Here excessivePLUS mod. This is another old mod. excessive 003 mod died long ago.
