How to make a fancy name? (I'm not a noob to E+!!!)

Hey guys,
I've been playing e+ for around 4 months now and only have realised that I need to want make a name with different fonts etc.
I have qname and have been asking a few ppl on e+ and they said I need to make a cfg file?? Others have been saying I need name maker.

Anyonce give me an easy to understand guide in making a fancy name?

EDIT: So sorry guys, I didn't ready the sticky.
Actually, I don't get it. I can't make a save a text file in the E+ folder since I don't have permissions (??? I'm the admin on my comp) and secondly can't find the q3config file in the E+ folder. Help please!!

So, as you have qname, just make your name and copy it (bu clicking CTRL+C while selected, ot righclick/copy)
after that go to quake3\excessive+ directory and vreate a .txt file. Name it "name" etc. and paste the COPIED name to this file. Save it, run quake3e and write in the console /exec name Happy
