How long you don't smoke ?

I seem to have an odd relationship with smoking, I can go 2 or 3 days and not smoke, then a mate calls round and even if he doesn’t smoke I can have 10 in an hour. Same with sat at the pc, if I had no friends and got rid of my pc I could probably quit.

i smoke something like 6 years and i stopped once for bet (i shouldnt smoking during the month) i won the bet and hadnt smoking 1 month more but then started again.

now i smoke 10 cigs in a day i dont drink and 20-30 if i do Tongue

I started smoking at the age of 12 now I'm 34 and stopped smoking and drinking 5 years ago, i tried twice before i finally quited but the reason i failed was because i didn't really wanted to quit in first place, now this time it was my own decision and haven't tasted a beer or cigar in 5 years, i was smoking like 2 1/2- 3 packs a day and 1 cigar every 2 days, but quitting alcohol was not hard at all even when i was a heavy drinker. stop smoking was really hard and only after 10 months is when I felt I could finally stop feeling the need for a cigarette.

i never smoke, but i do drink sometimes.. but if i drink i drink till t0t4l hangover..
