How do you warmup?

Hey every1, I was wondering how everyone warmups. I ussually play 2 qlinsta games, one vs ranger (nightmare) at q3dm1 and one vs xaero (nightmare) at q3dm17. But i cant play on my best after this warmup. Any tips?

I usually drink 2 beers and smoke 3 joints, or if I dont have paper I take few hits from da bong.

wich was jk ofc..but better not!
normaly i stoped to warmup before games, but if i have time, i go on beer or era qlinsta.cfg servers and play 1 map before cw.

i play osu before games, for me it helps 
and/or listening some nice music for motivation

hearing music, getting generally ready for the game and then simply do it, as slower the game, as more easy the warmup.
