try to change your cd-key and try again.
Also please make sure your name is NOT ExcessivePlayer or UnnamedPlayer

also i see you use a themed pack q3. so your quake 3 is not pure this might give you problems on some excessiveplus servers where the Pure is ON! so you wont be able to enter on those.
