When i've downloaded maps from sites, and will try to play them, i must autodownload them? Why?

First of all, have cl_autodownload ALWAYS set to 0. It's a shit intake.

Second, be sure to put the map .pk3's in your quake3/baseq3 folder, they should be working correctly then.
