Ungaro said me that he have antyvirus programs installed on his computer, like NOD32 or Antyvir.
Btw, someone from Servers admins checked his logs for 'hackAttempt' word :
Hmmm, There is another program to guess a rcon password, this program use brutte force to guess it, usually this looks like that on the q3server console,

That can be reply every second, I dont know if server can be shutdowned by this but brutte force technics are very slow and someone can very easy trace your ip address
