What about joining an already existing clan? For example Wasp (Even though i don't think i'm that good )

ask around, some clans like to see a player who is willing to learn and plays alot, its like an apprentiship if you will.

Thats good

But the only problem i've got is i can't set up a time. I need to be able to play with the clan when i've got nothing on (Chaotic job) because if theres set playing times then i'll have to pass.

well training and clan wars are at specific times, and some clans want this mainly, others might just like you to get better as in my experience (though not much ) if you give a new player a clan tag they seem to work hard to improve.
