I just downloaded it on my other computer (without any download acceleration), and AVG does alert on it, so I would say its definitely a false alarm, especially since AVG is the only one that finds it. It's not so rare that anti-virus software finds things that arent really there.

Of course, since I run Linux, I could care less about all of this
