That issue seemed to be well hashed (there are 10 pages in the thread) so no need to bring it up again unless there are new revelations of cheating.

However, if you are inclined to bring up past sins that have been dealt with, it is better to include some background (as Necro later did) for the many ppl who would be clueless of the reason behind the comment.
