all we need is an automated submission system. The ref logs in and submit the war details and automaticly adds the points necesary to progress.
VSP rank is another project and it will not be implemented with RANKING SYSTEM. so dont worry, u guys got green light as long as we all agree here.

Ask meteoric & Kinetic, they were working on a script months ago. Remember that script which i tried to get in febuary, when you people weren't inclined to treat me as some sort of hidden danger? REMEMBER WHEN WE DISCUSSED THINGS FOR 4 HOURS BOUT A NEW RANKING SYSTEM GUYS

they are extremely busy guys... so i really hope you don't waste their time. (even though they are so nice and polite, they would never admit that their precious time is being wasted)

We made something really simple

It's calculated tables from all the ranked wars @ 2009.
Zont did the application that calculates ranking from Elo rating system and he should get the credit!
The database contains more information and it should be possible to get clan summary and listing of all matches with some php/mysql programing.
Pls note that this isnt real rank, it's temp thing to get things going
Hopefully the new ranking system can be completed soon, or some1 makes something better. (You mentioned work being done in the past?). Untill it's completed/presented we can perhaps use this temp, if it's ok with you guys? If it's accepted we can vote about who will maintain it.
Can also add any cup/ongoing event to keep track.
