I was wondering if there could be a basis for a '2nd' team in GenX .. Where players can play with fx. {GenX-2} as tag.
Players with potential could be recruited and checked out through pcw's against the 'normal' GenX - which ofcourse also would benifit the normal team.
I think there could be something to gain from it and it would definetly increase the pool of potential real GenX members.
Players like kevlar and zyzio are the kind of people that could be asked for this experiment. But take notice that they should not be obligated to play if they don't feel like it - so in effect they would some sort of 'freelance' team with increased chance to get to the main team.
Any thoughts about this would be greatly appriciated.

I kinda like the idea, but it has some downsides. Me for one refused to join BRO when asked, partly because I didnt have the time, and partly because I didnt want to be in a B team to mr.
I rather join a sucky clan than be reduced to a B-team player. I think it would be rather insulting to ask a person to play in a B-team. The ones that WOULD join would be the ones that just want the GenX tag because they cant get better.

Also, when do we promote them? They can be really good, good enough to be part of GenX 1 team, like zyzio for example, but we still can't fit them in 1 team. There might be players in 2 team that are actually better than players in 1 team but I am not going to reduce a current 1 team player to 2 team and I dont want 20 members in 1 team like mr. I rather see the ones we have play as many matches as possible.
The idea is good enough, but I think it produces a lot of problems that I know I don't want to deal with. Maybe if someone else is willing to be leader (not playing in) 2 team and managing that team, but sooner or later they are going to want to be promoted. If we start loosing members it would be a good idea to have a pool of good players wanting to join, but as I see it, the rep we are going to have after this league (even if we happen to loose against mr which I am starting to think we will NOT) recruiting new members is not going to be much of a prob 
Maybe we could start a "BRO-mr" like alliance with another team. Practice with them but not exchanging members. It should be a good team so that we both gain something from it. Maybe FRV?

Holy crap i forgot a thing (suprise).
The B team would OFCOURSE learn quite a bit from the 1st team. Which they can use even if they would decide to leave.. Many who get's their asses kicked by us would proberly like to learn a few tricks and moves

Yeah, that's a good idea with this alliance. There is only 1 team who really fits and that is the FRV team.
I agree with Rudz, most of them (or all?) are nice and most of them are living in the near (many germans). I like the idea.

Hmm yes . i think that is a good idea .. hmm maybe the nro 1 team and 2 team ... if any ask me who is the players in 1 team i say .. Pandora, sub zero, Rudz, Hq . there is best players in 1 .. and team 2 .. super bo , diesell, carnage, refuce, tim ...and the rest. and we all can play in a some clan war .. and train our teams,, ???? plz comments .. its more challenge ..!

There will be no splitting up current GenX into two teams (and refused is defenitly team1 if there would be a split of those members 
).

I don't think the current team should be splitted - it works nicely as it is.
If ranks are needed then there would be room for newcommers on a 3rd team (or C team) .. which would be quite un-needed and a waste of energy.

spliting team is very bad idea :!:
all players play in genx and he knows who is cw team, simply the best players, and this players need asistance when haw other thinks to do or ping probs. look at ligue math i decidet to not play, i wona play but haw litle troubles with ping (ping 50 with packet lost) szpak plays 4 me, i wona to szpak play bycose hi dont play cw ageinst frv, thats is a team, and spliting and showing who is who is like nazi
other side, recruting new members ? yup meybe is a good idea to haw a GenX-RT (GenX Recruting Team) but not GenX-2 and dont ofert this to join second team, GenX-RT must be 4 players who wona join GenX

Bo, i see your point, and im not sure if i would join a B team.. However, when the league season is over i think more people would be interested
I have nothing but good things to say about FRV (except a certain x-member).
) at my place atm and that i also talk regular with Adler.
That's partly because Snemann is 'living' (he's comp is anyway
I don't know much about the others but i strongly suggest we could make some more pcw's against them.. I see no point that we should not play several times a week for practice.
I think we could scrabe enough players together on more than one occasion each week to play against FRV for fun.
On a last note about the B team. I think there's a good potential in such a thing, but since we are, as you pointed out, quite full with skilled players i agree we should put it on hold until we truly can benefit from it.
