If some one sets up ftp, how do you find what the address is for the ftp?(ftp://User:pass@address)

Ehum... ask the dude who set the server up? Cool

If its u who has set the server up and r behind a router and wish to know your own public IP -> a really simple way is to visit http://www.formyip.com/

with the port you run it on also, or just this
ftp://user:pass@11.111.111.111?

if the ftp server running on port 21
then ftp://user:pass@ip/ is enough
when port isnt 21 then u need
ftp://user:pass@ip:port/

you can also use domain if that ip has some :}
