Well dont know what to think about this situation and this thread of New Clan Members but I found something like this:

In past was few similar or that same situations. As i remember, new clan members topic is created only for helping others in recognize of inclan changes. If we have rules about that, they was done quietly, or more probably i dismissed them ;P

GG both, specialy TWT, even if that will not be ranked, is nice to see you in that good performance

I do not see any violations!

I have many times raised the issue to ban players run from the clan to the clan!

But you did not listen, and insisted to leave it as it is...

It is a job of a ref, or the enemy team, to check Clan Database before Clan war starts. New clan members topic is just as info to keep track who moved where. So if he was in TwT database before the match there is no problem. If you didn't check their database before the match that is your problem. I don't see a reason why this match shouldn't be ranked.

so it will be ranked because I check clandb before start and all was fine.. Just didnt saw New Clan Members
