maybe add some colors ? and add "rr.cfg" in the name so people will
know it's not another bananarail.cfg server xD

I would go for something like this:
[rr.cfg] Public FreezeTag
[rr.cfg] LASERY pewpew SERVER xDDDDDD this1 rocks

I know it looks gay but from experience I know that
people will notice new server only when it's very colorfull
and has gay name xD

Also try to bring some people there yourself, if u will wait for
them to come u might aswell close it now Confused
Best is to set a time and date and invinte atleast 10 people there.

I think you should keep "Rail only" in the name cos modless players aren't gonna know what rr.cfg is. Somethin like "Rail only [rr.cfg] Freeze Tag" etc would be ok.
q3dm7 can be played by more than 6 players easily, as can dm8. dm12 will be totally boring on rr.cfg so remove that. Add cpm14 and dm13.
