clean up cfg, leave only what needet, BTW if ur system isn capable to handle 125fps then com_maxfps enter average value 100 85 60 fps or like that...

alternatively try this one :

r_subdivisions "33" //[1 to 999] default: 4, 1-highest detail low fps, 

needs /vid_restart if aplyed from console

I tried r_subdivisions 999 also 33 also 1 , all the same followed with /vid_restart and /map_restart .

Also no background software running , no malwares , everything seem to be fine , btw here some pics from BeerFreezer server may someone know about it

aaa, why u didnt sayed that before, on beer shit server... do not worry i got too some strange fps drops, and only on that server named beer-freezer *actulay saw same shit and some other less known.. but cant remmeber on with ..), so i do not visit it, its not my problem

maybe ur pc is to weak ? this can too be some true..
