rr.cfg much more fun, to control the items on the map, not just boring camp as do many players around here 
bananarail or railmania, can be also good, cos of fast movement over the map.
about:
qlinsta.cfg does fit more for iFTAG
moderinsta does fit more for iCTF

There was a cup, last year i think, where each player choose map and railonly cfg. Example: i choose dm3 with rr.cfg and my oponent choose dm5 with bananarail. I think you should put that option for vote too.

ahh true there was something like that...just dunno if it ended? i mean all players played all games or was neverending cup? xd

any of those except FAILmania and bananaFAIL but i voted for rr.cfg because of what darky said it requires constant moving and eating pickups

My choice : "railmania etc bananarail"
I just feel like i would like to see a cup like this with freezetag.
For ql.cfg I think that the maps that are "most played" on e+ freezetag are not so "suitable" for ql.cfg. One example: overkill. (much played in e+ configs) + If you don't like camp you might have a problem playing cws on ql.cfg on big maps.
I can be ok with rr.cfg too...
moderninsta.cfg i don't know it/ don't remember .. i need to check it.

qlinsta, since is slowrail without physic and jumps, i see it much more based on aiming and concentration gameplay instead of crazy rail and jump spamming around. even if i still miss superfast gameplay as i used to play before...
