[Fixed] No knockback when no damage for plasmagun and rocket launcher

Hi,

When damage = 0 for rocket launcher or plasmagun, no knockback is available on direct hit.
The splash damage still works in both case.

it seems weird because for other weapons when damage = 0 the knockback works and that's the normality.
